I am motivated by professions involving fulfilling creative design, challenging problem solving opportunities, and close interpersonal relationships. Leveraging a background in Visual/Graphic Arts and Structural Design, I have been able to complete projects with practical solutions without sacrificing aesthetics. After graduating from Drexel University in 2021 with an undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering, I returned to my Co-op Internship, Rita’s Franchise Company, with a full-time position, Designing new Shops and Elevating the brand’s image and identity in locations across the country. Alongside Rita’s Senior Director of Development, Jonathan Baske, we are launching the Rita’s Refreshed Drive Thru Initiative to standardize an attractive and cost efficient Digital Drive-Thru for the Future of Rita’s Franchise Company. By collaborating with Civil Engineers, Drive-Thru Vendors, Marketing, IT, and Operations Teams, we were able to build Rita's Drive-Thru Guide Book to illustrate our intent and describe our process and guidelines for Franchisees.
