I am currently employed with CompTech Computer Technologies, Inc. in Dayton, OH. I have been on contract supporting the Federal Government for over 12 years. During those years I have developed my career and personally managed the contract I have been employed under, which has spanned two companies. Originally I started on my contract supporting the Federal Government with Genesys Consulting, Inc. in 2009. I quickly grew from an entry level Business Analyst to the Program Manager of the contract in under 5 years. The contract was then awarded to CompTech Computer Technologies, Inc. in 2014, which I chose to follow and continue my career with under various different roles. I have personally seen and been instrumental in the continued growth of this contract with both companies, which has more than doubled in positions and revenue since I began my career working under it. During my career I have taken on various job duties and responsibilities. These include but are not limited to managing and overseeing a team of up to 7 people covering several different contract tasks, simultaneously managing and maintaining 100 Support Agreements (ICAs, ISAs, MOAs, MOUs, & PBAs), maintaining and updating SOPs & Process Documentation, reviewing and updating Systems & Enterprise Architecture Products, assisting with annual SSAE16 & SSAE18 audits, and the creation of & presentation of briefings to several high level individuals (SES & 3 Star Personnel). I have also assisted CompTech, Inc. with other activities outside of the contract I'm employed under. This includes assisting them with achieving and maintaining their CMMI level 2 certification. I have also assisted and been instrumental in drafting responses & proposals to RFIs & RFQs, which resulted in the award of several additional contracts.In addition I also personally spearheaded the effort in getting my team members security+ certified. I lead by example and was the first on my team to achieve the certification, then coached and mentored my other team members, which directly lead to them achieving their security + certifications as well.
