My journey began at Reyco Systems as an intern in college in the design and engineering department, designing industrial food processing equipment and implementing software solutions to streamline workflows. Later, I transitioned to Idaho Steel and then to Vanmark Equipment, where I held various roles, including Lead Mechanical Engineer and Application Engineer. These experiences equipped me with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the manufacturing industry and honed my skills in project management, team leadership, and technical problem-solving.In my current role at SFW, I am responsible for driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across our product lines. Whether it's developing new equipment designs, optimizing production processes, or troubleshooting technical challenges, I thrive on finding creative solutions to complex problems.
