Sr Software Systems Architect: Primarily responsible for architecture and design (originally waterfall but later an Agile/SCRUM environment) of Driver Center, an in cab mobile application delivering messaging, hands free voice calls, text to speech, navigation and Driver Logs/Hours of Service regulatory compliance tracking to drivers and between drivers and dispatchers . Responsible for full stack of entire system. Most difficult challenge: Seamless driver experience & compatibility with legacy mobile application, required near real time ETL between different data stores schema's , in both directions! permitting customers using legacy devices to seamless switch to a modern device and a few days later switch back to the legacy device..
