MAS construction was a turn key operation, we designed 100% of all projects either in house or in collaboration with designers and architects. I quoted, planned and managed all aspects of the project, along with qualifying suppliers and subcontractors for each project. Established all labor and safety requirements associate with in house employees as well as subcontractors. My many years as contractor has allowed me to hone all my skill as manager a project leader to achieve the highest quality possible. I also trained employees in many disciplines of the construction industry Plumbing, electrical rough and finish, site preparation, tile work, sheetrock, paint and all finish work.

I managed 5 departments with 40+ employees, which encompassed 1/3 of the companies production. Oversaw, approved and supervised a $1M annual departmental operating budget. Established and implemented all facility requirements associated with planned machine maintenance schedules, tooling and capital equipment evaluation and procurement. Implemented, monitored and trained all employees in the unique safety requirements associated with each departmental needs. Established all production work schedules and presented weekly reports to company’s Senior Management.

Served as Operations and Productions Specialist. Established joint ventures and partnerships with home improvement companies by developing and implementing operational plans for in-house remodeling. Helped home improvement companies (like HomeBase-Home Club) expand their retail operations. Responsible for site locations, logistics, facility structures, head count planning and production engineering
