No one ever comes to an attorney when things are going swimmingly. With that in mind, I help my clients achieve the best possible results given their circumstances. The focus of my practice is commercial litigation and construction litigation. I have an experienced track record of enforcing contracts and defending frivolous claims. I am admitted to practice law in the state courts of Illinois and Wisconsin, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and both the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. I received my Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University in 2006; double majoring in Political Science and History and achieving academic honor society recognition in both fields of study from Pi Sigma Alpha and Phi Alpha Theta. I earned my Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2010 where I concentrated my studies in Civil Litigation Skills and Criminal Litigation Skills. While attending law school, I represented juvenile clients through the Saint Louis University Child Advocacy Clinic and represented the State of Illinois in approximately 300 criminal matters as a Rule 711 Attorney with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. Additionally, I was a summer clerk for a Cook County Law Division judge, and coordinated the Western Springs, Illinois Peer Jury; a restorative justice program designed to allow nonviolent juvenile offenders to avoid the Cook County Juvenile Court system in exchange for providing service to their communities.I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the DuPage County Bar Association, and the Federalist Society.
