 Attend and conduct daily meetings with Management & Asset reliability departments to discuss safety concerns, K.P.I’s, operational targets, operational results and concerns for meeting operational requirements. Preparation of daily locomotive operational performance reports for review Liaise with shift supervisors on night shift issues and ensure incoming crew has all equipment and work orders for service requirements to commence work. Contribute and assist in the development of the Maintenance Plan.  Participate in the development of maintenance procedures in accordance with Pilbara Iron Principles.  Communicate with suppliers to obtain the parts and equipment to service and repair locomotives.  Receipt, storage and distribution of parts and equipment for locomotive maintenance required for the week. Liaise with other Output Teams to coordinate resources/activities as required  Update maintenance orders in S.A.P to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
