Developed and implemented an age appropriate curriculum and coaching program for 650 students. Guided students through their individual development plans in collaboration with colleagues, tutors, administrators and parents.

Curriculum Development: Overhauled the existing PE curriculum and implemented a developmentally appropriate curriculum following the California physical education standards for K through 8 students.
