In my time owning a cabinet refinishing company, I have made it a goal to switch to waterborne cabinet coatings, I could see years before new state regulations that change was coming, and I was very impressed with the catalyzed waterborne coatings that were coming to the US market from Europe. After years of using solvent based coating for cabinets and furniture I finally made the switch 3 years ago and am still enjoying the learning about these new coatings and the advancements that are coming each month it seems.
