Opened up the kitchen and prep all food for the day. I cooked all taco meat, philly meat, corned beef, and prep all mozz sticks, potato skins, onion rings, potato chips, hamburger patties, all meat portioned, salsa were all made from scratch. Produced all meals within 10-12 minute time frame for customers, cleaned all kitchen equipment, and helped with ordering of menu items. Trained all other cooks on how to prepare the menu items.

Wash all dishes in a orderly and prompt manner to keep up with service. Took out all trash, swept & mopped all floors, helped serve on the line and the Nursing Home side of service, ran an omelet station if needed, and helped to prep food when I was needed.

Cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner over the weekend, managed a staff of 3 during the weekend. Washed the dishes and cleaned the kitchen by sweeping and mopping the floors, taking out all trash, and washed all kitchen equipment.
