Michael Sher serves as Senior Vice President and Counsel for the Firm handling transactions across the country. Michael has previously served as counsel to other title insurance companies, including serving as Underwriting Counsel for two leading title insurance underwriters. Collectively, Michael has underwritten and closed transactions in the billions of dollars, often adding value to a transaction by finding an underwriting solution to a complex title matter. Prior to finding his niche in title law, he served as counsel for a real estate developer and also served in private practice. Michael earned his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University. Michael is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania (non-resident status). While not admitted in FL, he also serves as Authorized House Counsel for the Firm in Florida.
