I've held roles from new business development to being an employee benefits Practice Leader during my career. I'm familiar with all funding models to include employee benefit captives. My business approach is that of partnering with my clients, understanding their challenges, collaborating and implementing creative solutions. This approach has consistently kept my average client's medical and Rx claims trend nearly half that of national trends. I'm flattered that many of my newest clients are the result of current client referrals. I believe this is due to my philosophy that above all other considerations, clients always come first.

Consulting projects for Private Equity, Venture Capital and Investment Banking was a large part of my firm's business.

Coordinated multinational lines of coverage in partnership with my colleagues and multinational brokers. Heavy concentration on statutory and mandatory country specific laws and benefits. Oversaw seven offices in five states.

Developed a $3.5M book of business with higher than average retention rates. Growth and Practice Leader in Maryland/DC/Virginia, Pittsburgh, Columbus and Cincinnati. As a Practice Leader in Ohio, I oversaw nearly $20M in revenue while managing my current base of clients.
