Investigation and documentation of non-conforming material, corrective actions, and customer complaints. Work directly with customers and suppliers to satisfy complaints. Specific product testing: extensive experience with several vision systems as well as Micro-Vu and Optical Video Probe systems. Hands on experience using Faro arm and CMM. Proficient with measuring tools to include vernier calipers, dial thickness gauges, UTM (force gauge), and screw gauges.Calibration: Maintain the calibration system. Perform scheduled calibration on various instruments.Auditing: Member of the Internal Audit Team. Perform Scheduled audits.
