Since 2006, Mike has served as President of Simon Solutions Inc. (SSI), an industry leader in “community impact solutions” — used by thousands of helping agencies (charities, churches, food banks, schools, hospitals, and more) in over 2,500 cities in 49 states; and now, moving into other countries. These agencies use SSI technology tools to work together more efficiently and effectively to collectively tackle tough community challenges with greater force and success.Over the last 40 years, Mike has served in executive leadership of large churches, charitable organizations, and businesses. He has also served as a consultant for city transformation movements involved in networking leaders and mobilizing volunteers for collective community impact. He has invested years of research into emerging trends, best practices, and innovative ways for transforming lives and communities.Mike, along with his lovely wife Kim, are passionate about helping people live healthier, more productive, and meaningful lives.
