• Responsible for the sourcing and delivering on initiatives to improve performance including: increasing STP and scalability, as well as, reducing cost and risk while increasing control• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators and provide financial analysis to various lines of business • Ability to quickly understand workings of a complex processing system and various risk management systems• Responsible for relationship management between various departments to insure best practice and initiatives• Perform analysis of existing MIS to identify areas for improvement across all product lines
