As a Class A Golf Course Superintendent, I have over 16 years of experience in managing and maintaining high-quality golf courses in various climates and conditions. I am currently responsible for the daily operations and long-term planning of the 18-hole course at Rouge Park Golf Course in Detroit, MI managed by Troon.My core competencies include grounds management, turfgrass renovation, irrigation systems, budgeting, staff training, and safety protocols. I have successfully completed a construction renovation project from the ground up, involving all aspects of design, installation, and maintenance. I am passionate about creating and enhancing the best possible golfing experience for the members and guests of the club, while ensuring the environmental sustainability and financial viability of the course. My goal is to lead a team of dedicated and skilled professionals who share my vision and values.
