• Work with vendors to engineer print specifications and quality standards - ink systems, printing/separation techniques, surface finishes etc. • Work with internal design group and agencies as they create packaging concepts guiding the creative towards achievable and practical designs • Finalize design and release all labels and packaging for glacéau brands (vitaminwater, smartwater, Powerade, NOS, and Full Throttle) - translating designs for the best possible reproduction given existing legal, company policy, and printing requirements • Oversee and create libraries of brand assets - product imagery, partner photoshoot images, templates, mechanical files etc.• Finalize design and release some point of sale marketing materials

•Management of 5 pre press/mechanical artists•Organizing and setting priorities for work from MTV Networks clients (MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, TV Land, Noggin, Comedy Central, Logo, Viacom, CMT and Spike).•Constructing and proofing mechanicals with attention to smallest details•Maintaining quality of work to the highest standard, assuring designer's specifications are met and print production requirements are satisfied
