I develop and implement Task Training Packets, Support Training Materials, Documents, Pre & Post tests and Field Evaluations utilizing Kirpartick's Model Levels 1-3. I utilize Industry Standards or "Best Practices" in our training materials that are used at all 7 of Luminant's Coal Mines. I manage 7 Training Technicians, two Field Skills Trainers, and 2 Administrative Assistants at 7 of our mines in the Northern/Southern Regions. I have provided "Hands On"Skills Training in the field for our operators on Loaders, Dozers, Motor Graders, End Dumps and Haulers as needed while our training organization was evolving. I have developed and presented classroom training materials. I utilize a Blended Learning approach to the training process, incorporating the 3 basic Learning Styles; Audible, Visual, and Kinesthetic to maximize retention. For the last 2 years I have been working on developing a "Skills Training" program for Dozer, Motor Grader, Loader, and Excavator Operators to shorten their learning curve for machine application and "Best Practices" in the field.I have been heavily involved with shaping and developing our Training Organization for the last 6 1/2 years.We have currently incorporated the use of Simulators into our Training Program utilizing them for virtual Pre-Operational Inspections and Control Familiarization along with certain skill sets performed in the simulated environment with great results.I organized sending 5 of our Training Technicians to the Caterpillar Training center in Tinaja Hills Arizona to their Level III Operator Certification program. They all passed at least 2 pieces of equipment in the 5 basic equipment families; Trucks, Dozers, Motor Graders, Wheel Loaders, and Excavators which allowed us to purchase Caterpillar's Instructor material to enhance our training program.

I developed Training Materials, Training Schedules, and provided Classroom Training and Presentations. We used an Immersive Technologies Simulator to develop operator's on Trucks, and Shovels. I was involved with training approximately 65 people that last year before the mine closed down.I aslo was involved with a pilot program operating the computerized "Dispatch" system by Modular Mining in Tuscon, Arizona.
