Served as a Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for the health, welfare and training of 27 subordinates. Coordinated, monitored and supervised maintenance operations and work flow for the Ch-47D/F section. Provided technical guidance to subordinate personnel on maintenance practices and procedures. Downed Aircraft Recovery Team assistant leader. Diagnosed and trouble shot aircraft systems and subsystems. Night vision device training supervisor, Vehicle Convoy trainer. Section master driver and hazardous material representative. Maintained accountability and serviceability of 3 vehicles, 2 trailers, 13 Aviation tool boxes, and 2 Aviation Foot Lockers.

The welfare, leadership, moral, mentor-ship and overall well being of 6 Non Commissioned officers and 28 Soldiers Served as Headquarters Platoon Sergeant responsible for the health, welfare, and moral of 45 subordinates. Planned, coordinated, administered and supervised seasonal drivers training in light (HMMWV), with and without trailers to heavy weight vehicles (LMTV 5-ton) with and without trailers. Conducted training on Night Vision Devices for vehicles. Developed a convoy commander’s certification program. Maintained qualification records for all assigned personnel. Chief instructor for the HMMWV Egress Trainer (H.E.A.T.).

Served as a Technical Inspector, performed initial, in-progress, and final inspections on all aircraft components and equipment. Ensured proper maintenance procedures were followed during scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance task. Served as the Commanders representative, assured the quality of work performed by both Soldiers and contractors. Provided the Commander with objective and impartial evaluations as to the airworthiness of 11 high modified MH-47G aircraft. Responsible for the meticulous review, update, and accuracy of all aircraft forms and historical records.
