With 20 years of distinguished service in the NYPD, I am currently assigned to the 5th Detective Squad BRAM unit, having previously served in the Criminal and Financial Crimes Grand Larceny Division. I am a recipient of numerous honors, including medals for Extraordinary and Meritorious Police Duties, as well as the prestigious Combat Cross.A dedicated fitness advocate and ISSA-certified personal trainer, I am also the Captain of the NYPD Powerlifting Team. My fitness career is built on two pillars: powerlifting and strongman training—both of which are my true passions. Over the past decade, I have competed at a high level in federations such as USPFC, IPA, SPF, and RPS.As a former business owner, I founded Blue Line Iron, a premier fitness training and apparel brand dedicated to supporting law enforcement nationwide. Currently, I serve as an assistant coach for the STP High School JV Football team and Head Powerlifting Coach. I am also proud to be a sponsored athlete with Gaspari Nutrition.
