In this project, I had to direct 5 other students in bringing a project to fruition within the time span of 2 semesters. I had to assign tasks, schedule, direct and motivate my team. I did initial research to start the team in a unified direction. When team members seemed to be at a dead end with a problem, I assisted with research and creative solutions to complete our project. I also had a large responsibility in changing our creative concept to a virtual design in SolidWorks and the physical build of the final product.
