Daily tasks include the operation, maintenance and cleaning of the large industrial plant machinery used in the production of quality malts that we supply to various multinational brewing companies . SOP writing, 5's, problem solving and various other continuous improvement activities inline with WCM techniques . Updating and conducting risk assessments for all processes within the plant. Ensuring full compliance with all food safety and Haccp requirements, training of new employees, creation and completion of work permits inline with confined space legislation, training of new employees, a point of contact for all departments to ensure the safest and most efficient running of the plant, creation and completion of required paperwork, use of various computer software, stock taking and various sampling and quality testing.
