Throughout my 21 years in the NZ Police, I’ve developed a high level of expertise as a communicator, investigator, critical thinker, problem solver and leader. I’m analytical in my thinking, detailed in my planning and execution, and highly skilled in my report writing. I maintain effective and meaningful relationships with partner agencies outside of the Police. I lead by example and set, enable, and expect my team to provide an exceptional service to all members of the community.
