Run service calls on forklift maintenance. Determine error code of electric ran forklifts. Perform PM on forkliftswhen not out on a service call. Maintain vehicle maintenance as well as keeping the vehicle stocked withnecessary inventory to perform the job in a timely manner.

Performed maintenance repair on CNC machines as well as troubleshooting on machines. Performed PM on the machines as well as any electrical issues that arose. Repaired maintenance on the forklift as well as building maintenance. I would troubleshoot any hydraulic or pneumatic issues as well as repair. I was also in charge of any plumbing or electrical.

I ran a CNC Studer grinder. I did various setups on a universal studer. I changed out chuck jaws as well as grinding wheels depending on the ID or OD work. I used snap gauges ring gages as well as various other mics and caliper gauges. I also ran forklifts to load and unload stock as well as empty metal shavings bins. I read blueprint to decide what.

Did setups on different rotor parts. Replaced grinding wheel we needed changing. Ran a grinder, grinding rotors for Sullair air compressors. Grinded journals to size. used micrometers to make sure journals were to specs. Read blueprints to check journal sizes. Also certified on forklift.

Run CNC machines such as Brothers Mazak Okuma. Assist in machines repairs and maintenance. Change machine tooling. Used Calipers and Micrometers to make sure parts were within tolerance. Operated forklift as well
