Supervised integrated workplace management system (IWMS) staff auditing over 13M square feet of lower mainland health care space. Produced 3D conceptual drawings, renderings, and proposals during all project phases for multiple projects and facilities. Designed, implemented, and maintained 15-seat workstation used solely for computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided facilities management (CAFM).• Reduced overall consultant fees by 45% by utilizing in-house architects.• Reduced design turnaround times from months to days utilizing AutoCAD and Revit Architecture software and in-house resources to create, enhance, and deliver drawings in-house for architects and planners.• Produced studies for multiple projects, to convey site impact and projected shadows of final build on surrounding areas for benefit of stakeholders, government, and general public, facilitating approvals.• Provided ongoing training and technical support to CAD / CAFM team members, improving speed and accuracy of drawings and space data information.

New Westminster

Collaborated with multiple teams in design of Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre, Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre, and Surrey Memorial Emergency Tower. Established space standards, and utilized Archibus Enterprise Asset Tracking system (IWMS) to enable categorization and tracking of over 5M square feet of health care space. Created graphically interactive website.• Reduced organization’s overall cleaning budget by over $1M annually by accurately determining and reporting required level of cleaning based on function of each space.• Produced working drawings for projects under $100K, along with 3D conceptual drawings, renderings, and presentation proposals for renovations.• Drove consensus and sped up timelines by allowing stakeholders to see final results before project approval.• Created presentations, drawings, and proposals for multiple site renovations, instilling confidence in stakeholders and facilitating government funding.
