Additionally, Mr. Snyder served as Director of Business Development for Mount Sinai Hospital’s Center for Clinical Laboratories, where he saw outreach revenues triple in the implementation of a business plan that focused efforts on billing solutions and demonstrated the value of the medical center’s laboratory to attending faculty. Finally, Mike also served as an executive with LabCorp (1980-2000), one of the largest commercial laboratories in the US. Mike is a frequent speaker on the subject of managed care contracting and the value of managed networks for laboratory services.
