Operations Manager
CurrentOversee the overall operations of the business including but not limited to managing accounts receivable and payable, bookkeeping, expense reporting, marketing, mailings, filing, banking, contacting external customers by phone and email, analyze internal reports and granting approval of company spending and a working knowledge of Quickbooks.· Maintain quality and high levels of customer retention by establishing set prices, updating and enforcing policies and ensuring safe business practices and administrative procedures were in place for successful day to day operations. · Apply advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Package by Creating, analyzing, organizing and interpreting profit and loss statements of business income and created forecasts for future months by utilizing Quickbooks Reports and Reports using Microsoft Excel.
