Current• Provide strategic financial and administrative leadership to executive team, guiding financial and administrative decisions to ensure overall success of organization• Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize revenue utilization, decrease costs by leveraging technology to streamlining operations, and optimize financial resiliency of organization• Oversight of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial accuracy and integrity, compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards for 33 million budget, 150 employees, and 5 offices.• Creatively and strategically plan, develop, and implement new technology to automate workflows, such as: District Attorney's case management system, digital evidence management system and ongoing enhancements to further streamline business operations• Direct oversight of Business Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources and Legal Support functions• Three division manager direct reports and 50 employee indirect reports• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including law enforcement, law and justice agencies, County administrative staff, County Executive Office, External Auditors, Auditor-Controller and Central Human Resources.
