My passion is to lead interdisciplinary teams to solve complex problems and drive innovation in R&D, production, and quality assurance. My broad knowledge and experience from a factory worker to a manager and from operating a machine to building mathematical models enables me to lead diverse teams and find practical solutions. A broad background spanning Mechanical, Mechatronic, and Systems Engineering, Mathematics, and Science, R&D, and Production, as well as different management roles, empowers me to quickly connect different domains and dive deep into the details where needed. It also allows me to understand and communicate with factory workers, engineers, researchers, and business leaders across domains.I enjoy teaching and coaching people on those topics, building efficient and effective teams, and guiding people to get to the root of things, understand them, and solve problems.
