Reporting to the CEO and key staff while supporting each company along with a group overview. Other group duties cover Email journaling, GDPR, backup and network security. Over recent years I have worked as the sole contact for all IT related queries and issues within a group of companies.I was also responsible for the design, development, implementation and management of the Oracle bespoke ERP/CRM system which proved both cost effective and pivotal to the company. The system provided not only an intuitive application but also crucial reporting and analytical tools.I consider one of my greatest strengths to be my ability to organise an individual approach as well as the ability to be part of a team.
