Michael has a passion for new and disruptive business models. He helps complex organisations adopt smart solutions through a combination of regulatory efficacy, new technology, partnerships and best practice operating model design.Michael's clients include Global Tier 1 Banks who value his deep domain knowledge of risk and regulation to help them safely overcome the challenges of digital transformation, change management and programme implementation. His experience covers a breadth of agile and waterfall development methodologies and includes the full life-cycle of major change from strategy and design, through to testing, deployment and assurance.Michael has taught at a number of leading universities including Warwick, UWE and Bath as well as Cambridge's Judge Business School where he taught entrepreneurial skills to PhD students. Michael has a number of advanced qualifications including a BSc(Hons) in Neuroscience and an MSc in Human-Centred Computer Systems. He is a published academic in the field of Human Computer Interaction and regularly appears in the national press, financial services publications and at industry conferences.
