I am an FAU graduate with a bachelors in Geomatics Engineering and a certificate in GIS with the option to complete an advanced certificate within a year. I am a Surveyor in Training (passed FS exam in 2022) and plan to pursue professional licensure over the next few years. At present, I am employed by Keith as an instrument operator, but am always looking for opportunities that will allow me to grow within this industry. I have experience with and educated on Trimble, Leica, and Topcon equipment. Ranging from GPS units such as an R8 or R12 to Lidar scanners such as the Pegasus 2 Ultimate.I have also accumulated a familiarity with programs such as AutoCad (8yrs), Inventor (3yrs), Rhino (3yrs), ArcGIS (2yrs), and Civil3D (1yr). Further more, I have had exposure to a number of other programs such as ArcGIS Pro, Trimble Business Center, CloudCompare, MicroSurvey StarNet 10, ENVI, ERDAS Imagine, Trimble eCognition, Python (arcpy), C++, and Matlab.Some projects and roles that I am particularly proud to be a part of;- FAU Campus Asset Inventory ManagementI developed and implemented a multi-team workflow to collect utility feature attributes and represent them in a master web-based GIS document.- Fort Lauderdale Citywide Water Infrastructure InventoryI was trained on and later took over operation of the Pegasus 2 Ultimate Mobile Lidar Scanner for rapid data collection of the project area. After establishing a workflow, I designed and built a new battery system for the scanner to maximize uptime by 6-8x, significantly reducing time to project completion.
