Transitional Living Senior Specialist
While my present position is with the Transitional Living program, I still carry cases and assist co-staff with In-Home Services. Responsible for providing young adults (17 - 24) leaving the foster care, juvenile justice, and mental health programs/facilities the intensive in-home support and guidance they need to make a successful transition to adulthood.
