I have spent the majority of my freelance years focusing on managing music festival stages with countless international artists from all genres. I spent 10 years as MD of Showtex South Africa, from the companies inception until 2019. The last few years i have had the pleasure of working more extensively in the international market on larger projects. These include Red Sea int Film Festival (Saudi)2023, ICC T20 cricket 2024 (long Island NY USA) and Construction of Qatar Airways event spaces linked to the Fifa World Cup in Qatar 2022.I enjoy working on large projects, managing large sites or technical builds. I work well within a team and have a focused ability to delegate, manage and support my team, take instruction and criticism well and often bring a smile to a difficult day.My great love is running complex music festival stages. Creating a space where artists feel supported, crew feel empowered and audience is considered.
