Munka Projects started in 2015 after the owner, Ilene Grace, moved away from a large Franchise Holding Company where she had been working for 8 years as a Project Manager overseeing the opening of new franchise stores. Although Ilene adored her job, she craved a working environment where she could give her full attention and personal care to each project. This was the idea that sparked Munka Projects.
We are based in Cape Town, but work throughout South Africa, specializing in retail and hospitality stores. We are involved in the whole project process from liaising with designers and landlords, creating costings, appointing contractors, project timelines right up until store handover. Our involvement ends once all snags and extras are completed and most importantly, once the client is happy.
Munka Projects also offers maintenance service to existing stores. We can audit and quote on all maintenance work needed.
We have strong relationships with credited and reliable contractors who assist us in completing high quality projects for our clients.
