Training/Consulting - Assisting in development and implementation of training programs geared to the needs of MCAD customers. This training includes classroom training at a variety of skill levels as well as customized training which is geared specifically to a customers needs.Customer Support - Responsible for providing timely, competent, and customer-friendly telephone support to clients who have support contracts with Hagerman. Support includes the Data Management as well as the MCAD community. When needed this support can include any and all other customers as well.Product Demonstrations/Pre-Sale Consulting - Work with Hagerman Sales team and customers to provide demonstrations of Autodesk's MSD product lines as required, in conjunction with an MCAD salesperson. The product set includes all MSD software products as well as AutoCAD, and other Data Management systems. Post Sale Implementation Services - Provide project assistance and implementation services to Hagerman clients with all manufacturing CAD and document management software.

Experience with all aspects of Data Management planning and implementation, including readiness assessment, infrastructure review, implementation and deployment of server and client components, functional requirements specification, legacy data planning and migration, and configuration and customization of database structures. Experience in training AutoCAD , Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault, Autodesk Productstream, AutoCAD Electrical, and Customizing AutoCAD, Inventor, and Productstream.
