CurrentManagement of Project management and construction. Development of project control monitoring processes.Technical support of sales, prior to, and during contract negotiations.Production and or review of construction estimations and preliminary schedules. Review of contracts prior to execution. Monitoring of contracts for compliance during execution. Planning, management and execution of all phases of each project inclusive of, but not limited to, Commercial terms, scheduling of project activities to ensure compliance with contractual milestones, monitoring of material procurement and delivery to ensure compliance with project schedules, coordination with import and export brokers, coordination with transport logistic specialists "international and domestic", attendance of project meetings with clients related to commercial and technical discussions, coordination with project engineers to ensure construct ability of designed components, Locating, qualifying and entering into sub-contracts with local suppliers. Management and execution of all construction related activities including, but not limited to, manpower allocation for all construction activities, coordination with safety managers to ensure compliance with local regulations, support in designing temporary installation aids, generation of tool lists related to installation requirements, production of overall project and task specific installation methodologies, sub-contracting and monitoring of specialist suppliers, quality control monitoring, light and heavy equipment review and allocation for construction tasks, management of project budget. Additional responsibilities include, review of project cash flow to ensure positive position, generation of invoices when required, management of project completion and handover certifications with clients and management of project permits when required.
