The role of Senior PMO at Zip Water is an evolution to the now established Project Management Office. My role and activities include but are not limited to:− Lead Project Management Office (PMO) team and provide strategic leadership, facilitation, and support across the total business.− Lead best practice project management methodologies, skill and capability development. − Lead and facilitate global cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) teams through Ideation to Commercialisation.− Lead Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy development and execution.− Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency whilst also setting standards and associated governance frameworks − Lead Strategy Deployment Process (SDP) as an integrated business model

With a focus on New Product Development (NPD), my role as Program Manager planned, governed, and provided oversite to the successful delivery of all Projects across multiple programs from R&D through to commercialisation. Activities Included but not limited to;− Provide Leadership in project management methodology, leading change, and continuous improvement of process.− Manage team of project managers as well as project teams. − Coordinate projects and their interdependencies between the various projects within the programs− Responsible for the daily management through the life cycle of the program− Manage Program Budget and Engineering Department Financially− Ensure optimal management and utilisation of physical and financial resources within the program.Ensure deliverables are aligned across the projects and meet the approved product roadmap.− Responsible for removing roadblocks for project managers in assembling the project team based on their technical or functional skill sets relevant to each project− Proactively engage & present project updates to stakeholders including priority updates and strategy− Manage PPM software tools according with NPD process & facilitate training when required− Direct and coordinate the development of strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented project outcomes and provide advice on remedial action

With a focus on New Product Development (NPD), my role as Project Manager planned, governed and overseen the successful delivery of projects from R&D through to commercialisation. Key Activities Included:− Manage NPD stage gate process and incorporation of agile methodology− Deliver assigned projects on time and on budget based upon agreed Project Management Plan− Coordinate all internal and external resources assigned to the project delivery effort− Monitor progress of projects to ensure that milestones and performance indicators are met− Investigate and negotiate change proposals with relevant stakeholders− Manage the expenditure of project budgets and prepare associated financial summary reports for members of the steering committee and executive/s− Manage R&D tax activities and lodgment process

Following the successful implementation of Actron Air's new ERP system, my role within the company grew to allow for enhanced strategic support with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Along with finance responsibilities my role also included:− Business partnering with ELT and provide analysis and guidance for organisational management. − Methodically investigate, analyse, review and document business processes and specifications.− Contribute to business process modelling including liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve critical system issues.

My role as Financial Accountant at Actron Air touched all areas within finance including payroll. My duties included but weren't limited to:− Month end processes including prepayments, accruals, and adjustments & reconciliations.− Month end reporting and analysis of financial statements − Preparation of divisional reports and analysis− Management of fixed assets register & Bank and credit card reconciliations− Management of yearly FBT Return, monthly BAS statements for multiple business entities− Budgeting and forecasting including intercompany reconciliations− Providing support with weekly and monthly Payroll processing and reporting− Management of financial year end audit including compliance and governance− Inventory accounting and reconciliations− Engaging with stakeholders across the various business areas to assist with productivity and efficiency improvements.
