• Completed an equality and diversity impact assessment value £85,000 across 79 6th form Colleges, FE institutions and work-based learning providers. The project resulted in the identification of good practice and production of an evaluation report which was rolled out across the LSC to 100+ staff• Established “Lewisham Disability Coalition”, a not-for-profit organisation. Appointed Board, assisted the organisation to secure fully accessible premises, supported fundraising activity and wrote all operating policies and procedures.

I devised joint strategy for health, housing, and social services; co-ordinating all community care budgets affecting elderly and disable people requiring housing adaptation or accelerated re-housing as part of a care package.Re-wrote procedures within the Housing Department to make allocation decisions more sensitive to the needs to elderly and disabled people, improving the quality and speed of decisions.
