Responsible for managing enterprise support programs for Federal agencies, Department of Defense organizations, and major commercial customers. • Manage client enterprise support programs to ensure compliance with all contract/ agreement requirements.• Develop training resources and curriculum for all commonly installed systems.• Develop a library of O&M manuals and PMI checklists for all maintained equipment.• Assist in developing, monitoring, and reporting department metrics.• Assist the Director of Service and Senior Management in the pursuit of multiple award contracts and task orders to include technical writing support and development of compliance matrices.• Support the Director of Service and Field Systems Manager in the daily operation of the Service Department.
