My first responsibility with every customer is to give them the highest level of customer support for any situation. This includes fixing any issues they are having with our service or products, while fixing the issues I express empathy and understanding to show the customers that I truly care. The next part to my job is where I over extend my personal dedication to the customer and review their account to assure they are getting the best deal possible.

Manage a team of sales employees and technicians to assure we meet our projected goals. I monitored and managed inventory to maintain our sales floor and meet customers needs. I was in charge of cordinating projects throughout the business which included adjustments of display on the sales floor and in our showroom. Along with those key responsibilities I myself had to maintain high sales numbers to solidify my role as the leader of my team.
