In my current role I'm responsible for managing the quality and environment, health, and safety (QEHS) for our logistics services partners in North America. This includes tracking and root causing their defects while developing solutions to resolve these specific issues and prevent them in the future. And I manage any severe events that occur or any regulatory, environmental, and compliance related issues that might affect our shipments. I'm also responsible for developing, implementing, and improving operational practices and processes for both our team and logistics services providers.

Mebane, Nc

During this role I was responsible for production quality in three of our assembly lines and our fabrication department. I acted as the quality lead on three new product introductions to ensure we could produce the new parts and assemble them correctly and a transfer of work that closed our Salisbury factor and transferred the lighting panel product line to Mebane. I was also one of five super users in charge of successfully transferring us to the new SAP ERP system as part of a global ERP rollout program within GE Energy Management.
