At Turkey Hill, I lead the training and associate development programs for over 800 employees, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver quality products and services to our customers. I am a Lean Champion and a Lean Certification holder, and I apply the principles and tools of lean management to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase customer satisfaction. I also have experience in food delivery and food service, which gives me a comprehensive understanding of the operational and logistical aspects of our business. I am passionate about creating a culture of learning and continuous improvement, and empowering our associates to grow and thrive in their roles. I have been with Turkey Hill for more than 25 years, and I previously worked as a receiving clerk at Shank's Extracts, Inc. for eight and a half years. I have a degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University. I am proud to be part of a team that values quality, innovation, and community.
