My role is to create and oversee project plans that bring new ideas and tools to market. In this role I collaborate with multiple groups across the Walt Disney Co.

Disney California Adventure

Oversaw a workforce of over 1,000+ employees at the Disneyland Resort that work in the Character and Photo Imaging department. Maintaining day to day operations of staffing and administrative work were also part of this role.

Disney's Grand Californian Hotel And Spa

Managed day to day operations of a AAA 4 diamond Resort Hotel, including Bell and Valet Services and Front Desk and Guest Service Operations.

Disneyland Hotel

Managed day to day operations of the Bell and Valet operations at a AAA 3 diamond property at the time. Since then this property has gone on to become a AAA 4 diamond property.

Disneyland Hotel

Worked in an hourly leadership role that dispatched the work to the Bell Help staff at the Disneyland Hotel. During this time I assisted with drafting the training tools that were developed to open the new Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa
