As a retail associate, I was tasked with making sure that new shipments are put out on the shelves when we receive them. My position also consists of me locating items that we have in our store for customers, while also completing transaction at the register. This also gave me a lot of hands on experience with customer service.

As a grocery team member, it was my responsibility to make sure that product stayed on the shelves, was sorted by date, and to help customers find items. This position helped me improve upon my customer service and how to properly address customers. I also helped out in the receiving department where I was responsible for unloading shipment trucks and making sure each individual department of the store received the products that they were shipped.

From tax season 2017 through the end of tax season 2019 I was an intern at Garfield Ridge Accounting. I was in charge of setting up tax appointments with clients, inputting information into the database, and general upkeep of the office. I worked there specifically during the tax seasons due to the high quantity of taxes being filed and new clients being added. I learned better time management, how to set up appointments, and skills on certain database applications.
