My roles as site manager are :managing all operations to improve production and sales, effective planning of production operations, supervise all repairs on machinery, ensure timely servicing of the machines as per recommended service intervals, supervise procurement and inventory of parts, oils and lubricants, training machine operators on safety, recruitment and supervision of staff, ensure compliance with tax, environment, safety and labour laws.

Here I took part in operation and maintenance of nail making machines, wire drawing, barbed wire and chain link machines. I was also in charge of stock taking and keeping production and sales records.

Here I was engaged in operations and maintenance departments. In operation department I worked in running diesel engines, compressors, steam turbines, boilers, and centrifugal separators. In maintenance department I was involved in maintaining diesel engines, boilers, steam pipes, valves, pumps, compressors andcentrifugal separators.
