Sr. V.P. OperationsResponsible for the day to day management of the Operations, Training, Purchasing, Construction and IT Departments (4 Directors, 10 Managers). Member of the Executive Team that grew the Tilted Kilt brand from 2 to 110 Pubs from 2008 to 2014. Franchise development duties included franchise document creation, franchise lead generation and franchise sales. Managed 18 Area Developers nationwide. Nationally recognized as one of the fastest growing full service restaurant chains in North America.

Area Director/Franchise Consultant - Southern California Managed consulting duties for the Los Angeles and San Diego area franchisees (9 entities, 80 stores). Acted as business planning, operating, and human resources consultant. Member of L.A. re-immersion team. Opened one store a month for 27 months consecutively (AUV 1.6 mil). Developed and implemented remodel and systems enhancement programs for existing stores, in turn enhanced store operations, improved revenues by reducing labor cost and turnover while improving store appearance.
