Scaled models completed for Halflants + Pichette Architects in Sarasota Florida.• Villa Ballada was built at 1/4” = 1’ scale. The final model included a steel wireframe base and integrated LED lights for interiors and pool lighting. Final model dimensions were 47” x 47” x 20” placed on top of 40” steel base.• Whitaker Lofts was built at 1/8” = 1’ scale. The final model included a steel wireframe base. Final model dimensions were 38” x 42” x 16” placed on top of 40” steel base.
