I began as an apprentice aircraft repairman starting the maintenance program for High Sierra Pilots Club in Minden, NV glide based on the same airport and expanded it to include Soaring NV and in 2 years I and my team had opened a full-scale shop specializing in STC upgrades and restorations as well as major repairs on small piston-engine aircraft. Six months after getting my A&P rating I moved to the Carson City airport to Open a new shop location and manage the maintenance program for High Sierra Pilots expending fleet. As soon as I could I applied to take the FAA IA test and have passed granting me those additional responsibilities and expanded my knowledge and skills. This proves that I am a go-getter and self-motivated always looking for how I can better myself and increase my value.
