I have worked at Silvermere Golf Club for the last three years. In that time i have seen myself promoted from a sales assistant to a Supervisor/team leader. Silvermere has become one of the biggest on course pro shops in Europe and is still looking to expand. With up to date technology on the two tier flood lit driving range a wide variety of customers, businesses and even some tour pros come down to use the facilities. Working here has helped me gain a number of good and useful skill assets. Its helped me to improve my confidence, communication skills, given me a understanding of leadership and also given me a good idea on how to chase targets.

I started off with basic tasks with in the store. Helping customers find a specific item, size or colour of garment. From Gaining customer experience i was quickly moved onto the point of sale (POS). being moved onto POS gave me more confidence and soon after found it very easy to communicate with customers and deal with their needs. I have since been involved with customers every day over a number of different communication platforms.

I started work at Cedar Nursery in April 2012. This was a part time job for me and gave me an eye opener into a working regime. My tasks where basic such as tidying the complex, watering plants and opening sheds and small buildings. Cedar Nursery was where i first interacted with customers and i progressed from there. Although my tasks where basic i was hard working and dedicated to the job at hand.
